Rotten Timber Replacement and Repair

Rotten wood is one of the most common problems with sash windows. We can remove and replace the rotten sills with new custom built timber sills to match the originals. If there is a small area of rotted timber we can remove and treat the area then fill with special epoxy resin protected with uniform coat of paint.

Sash Ropes and Pulley Replacement and Repair

Sash cords and pulleys wear out with daily use. The cords rip and snap and the weights fall to the bottom of the case making it difficult to open the window.
